Maintenance Page

currently if all 4 servers go down all requests are routed to a 5th server that will display a user friendly page notifying the user that there is a technical problem and we are working on it.  My question, is there a better way to do this??  Is there some built in way in the F5 to send a user friendly message that there is a technical issue without using another server??
