LTM/APM Block access to application based on FQDN/Hostname

Hello,

 

I would like to know if its possible to create an LTM Policy/iRule/APM VPE that restrict access for some application based on Dynamic IP using that changes frequenly, so i need to create a rule using the hostname/FQDN. I tried to create an entry in datagroup, but its seems that its update the value to an static IP. What options do i have to achive this?
