LTM VS not accessible when management IP went down.

Hi All,

 

Just a quick question, we had a maintenance activity where the management connection of one my LBs was disconnected but looks like disconnecting the management connection has caused the production traffic of my LB was affected. All the VS configured were not accessible. Is there any relation for the mgmt and prod trunk?

 

using Viprion 2400 (single blade) and have 3 vCMPs(LTMs) configured. TIA!

    Is your management interface in the same network as servers?

     

    There is a weird behavior with such configuration...

     

    monitor use management interface for locally connected pool members and not not tmm interfaces.
