LTM Ver 10 to 11 upgrade

Team, Looking for a relavent and updated document on the step by step procedures performing LTM upgrade from ver 10.x to 11.x. Please help.

BTW...How to find out if my existing system is running volumes formatting scheme? I see following in the pre-installation checklist.

 

"Ensure that your system is running version 10.1.0 or later and is using the volumes formatting scheme"

    When you go to system/software-management/image list or /hotfix list, do you see HD1.1, HD1.2 type of things? If so, you have multi volumes. Whereever your 10.2.x is, choose the other volume for new 11.2.1 image and Hotfix. The theory is to load new image to different volume so that if you have issues, you boot to another volume. If I understand the question correctly.
