How should I proceed with the LTM-VE deployment if i have a purchase license? Should i download the trail version ova file with a trail license and then register the device with the actual license? O...

Download the full version and enter your license key at the appropriate time once installed. You can run any version that's available.

 

Not sure about the ova files, whatever is listed for VMware should work just fine.
