On LTM 11.3, I'd like to assign both "application editor" and "iRule manager" roles to an LTM user account.
The GUI doesn't seem to support this. Is it possible to do this or otherwise achieve the same outcome?

no, i dont believe you can. the whole user role system is a little limited and could use an update to make it more useful.

there is request for enhancement (RFE) which is tracked as ID382849. to expedite it, you may open a support case and request to link your case to the RFE.
