NimbostratusLTM Show Vserver and Pool
Is there a way from the CLI that I can see the Vserver IP adress and its associated pool and nodes much like you can from the network map in the GUI?

Not directly. You need Bash engineering to get it...
You can use also this .py script to plot a brief info of each VS
https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/Displaying-VS-config-using-SDK
BTW, in this script you can remove those sections that are not necessary for you.
