LTM Returns "Refused" DNS Response

That's a scary statement coming from you Hoolio. But yeah, this one is out there. I did a little more research last night and came across SOL5299. It seems related, but I don't know DNS configuration well enough to conclude if that's the problem or not. I am going to review with our DNS guys before posting any traces.
