LTM pool member status and shutdown/enable

Guys, can u please help me locate a perl script that can tell the current status of all pool members(enable or disabled) and to take a member in "shutdown"/disable mode or enable mode.a script PsPoolMemberControl in samples does not work(or for me)

 

 

I have 10.1.0 version.
