Jun 12, 2014How do you want to check for the existence of the file? SMB? FTP? Here are a couple of examples of these two if you want to go this route:

You'd want to configure the 'Action on Service Down' on your pool to 'Reselect'.
Reselect: Specifies that the system manages established client connections by moving them to an alternative pool member when monitors mark the original pool member down.
