LTM monitor and least connection

I have A pool, which USES the load balancing algorithm of the least connections. When member A goes down, the connections on member A will be released gradually. At this point, the health check has not reached the timeout, and the state of member A is still up. According to the load balancing algorithm, will there be many connections distributed to member A? If so, is it reasonable?
