Single VIP and have 2 pool memebrs users getting login page, when they entred the username and password and webpage again promting the same login page, credentials are very true
Any idea?

Sounds like you may need a persistence profile applying against your VIP.
It is a separate TCP connection after a login has been entered ? Being load balanced to the other server?
What diagnosis have you completed .
