LTM HA fail load ucs issue

Per error it looks like you need to build device trust again. Are you testing setting in lab to real productions?​

      If your planning to explore HA features and it's behaviors, yes you need to setup a Lab HA pair.

      If you need to run some tests scripts on the lab boxes, then a standalone itself is fine. No point of having a HA for lab unless you have real testing scenario. ​
