NimbostratusLTM and DDoS deployment with HA physical Device
I have two BIG-IP Physical Hardware. i do HA in between two device. I have LTM and DDoS license. LTM is for application Load Balancing and DDoS for WAN DoS Protection. what will be best deployment scenario? route domain/Partition or else?

Depends. It depends on what you are trying to achieve and how good your team is operationally and a lot of other factors. Route domain is good on paper but tough to troubleshoot as the % sign doesn't work well with simple linux tools that must be used for troubleshooting. Partition may be the better option from this perspective.
