login to BigIP

I'm not sure if the bip ip crashed or not but it took about 20-25 minutes to finally to get to a login prompt via cli. It went through a lot of "recovering journal" statements among others. I finally got to a login screen, I logged in with root and the password and now I'm presented with this:

[root@bigip:Active:Standalone] config _

How do I proceed? Did it crash? Thanks.
