Login prompts/failure for Outlook Address Book through APM

I'm running the latest iapp 1.6.1 with Exchange 2010, ntlm v1 I cannot download OAB when going through APM.

 

To test I am using a default implementation of the iapp, I select use APM with the iapp, test, then de-select and test.

 

My tests are both Outlook and Skype.

 

With Outlook I download the address book - fails with apm enabled, success with apm not enabled. With Skype I get a login prompt that is not accepted with apm enabled.

 

I've looked at disabling apm with an iRule for /oab*. But want to first check here on that. I believe the iapp should work with OAB.

 

If the resolution is to disable, I'll have a question on that process.
