Login failed

Anyone experienced this before?

 

 

I've just upgraded the image on my device from 10.2.0 to 10.2.4, after the reboot I can't login to the config utility or the cli with my user account. I can ssh to the device using root account, everything was fine before the upgrade.

    I've managed to resolve this by login on with admin admin, all configs had been wiped off the box. I didn't know this would happen so none of the accounts worked! hence the admin admin to get to the setuputility.
