Login failed

Anyone experienced this before?     I've just upgraded the image on my device from 10.2.0 to 10.2.4, after the reboot I can't login to the config utility or the cli with my user account. I can ...

I've managed to resolve this by login on with admin admin, all configs had been wiped off the box. I didn't know this would happen so none of the accounts worked! hence the admin admin to get to the setuputility.
