Hi everyone, Does anyone can tell that restarting the syslog-ng dont have service impact?
Also in addition if I configure remote syslogs does f5 will consume much resources on this?

CirrostratusHi, I think you should be very careful dealing with syslog. The syslog-ng utility may cause high CPU utilization You can check the CPU utilization of syslog-ng process using the following command:
ps aux | grep syslog-ng
if showing more than 90% please be watchful. You might lose the logs during the restart period.
