Load Balancing Question (help me please)

I use F5 for load balancing 3 of iis server+ASP.net by using Persistance Cookies but sometimes I found that User Login for Web Server is popping up back to Login. How could I fix this?

 

 

 

PS. Kernel:Linux 2.4.21-9.2.3.27.0smp

 

Package:BIG-IP Version 9.2.3 34.8 Final Edition

 

Cookie Method : Cookie Hash

 

Cookie Name : ASP.NET_SessionId (my ASP.net session name)

    I think there was a bug in 9.2.3 for cookie insert persistence whereby the value for the node in the cookie was 0.0.0.0. I'm not sure whether the bug would affect cookie hash persistence though. I searched AskF5 and the 9.2.4 release notes, but can't find the CR.

     

     

    Regardless, it would be best to contact F5 support and ask them for help in troubleshooting the issue. tcpdumps showing a failure would help isolate the issue.
