Load balancing method

HI All,

 

 

Please can you tell. On which basis Big Ip chech the perfomance of Server.

 

 

Suppose we are using Observerd Load balancing method.which allocate dynamic ratio

 

 

How first connection will process... and so on....

 

 

How load balancer observer the perfomance and allocate the ratio
