Load Balancing from an Active-Active DC to an Active-Active DC

Hi,

 

I'm working on a problem wherein we have a couple of data centres in an active-active configuration making use of stretched Layer 2 network to support extended VMotion that host a number of services, these DC's are potentially using a 3rd part load balancing products.

 

There are also set data centres in close proximity to the data centres above in a similar configuration although we can specify what product or products are used at these locations that host service that pull information and/or receive pushed information from the services in the data centres described above.

 

I would like to optimise the traffic so that the services in the first data centre are always communicating with the services in the second data centre with the closest proximity...
