how to make load balancing in two web server if the virtual server using sticky destination-address? if must to need Irule, please give me example to create.

Essentially it is designed for web caches. It load balances between the servers based on destination IP address in order to optimise the caching on each device.
If that load balancing is not suitable then you should change it to one that is.
