I may suppose (know nothing about your routing scheme and network map):

 

  1. If you use NAT for antispam servers on F5 device traffic will return to the same server during active session. If you need to be sure about this you can use persistance.

     

  2. If you antispam system use ip address reputation you need to have no translation for source address of incoming connections.
