Limit bandwidth to specified media types

For anyone who has used squid or more specifically 'Delay Pools' you may understand what I would like to due with Big-IP. My goal is to limit bandwidth only for specific media types such as MPEG's and AVI's. Each connection would be limited to say 200-250K for such media, all other traffic would be unlimited. Concurrent connections would have to share the allocated pool limit and adjust accordingly to allow for even bandwidth distribution.

 

 

Has anyone successfully accomplished this before and if so can it be done with iRules. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
