Licensing Error on BIGIP-VE edition.
Hello All,
This is my first post in here, so please bear with me. We downloaded a BIGIP VE edition BIGIP-11.5.0.0.0.221.LTM_1SLOT.vhd.zip and got an evaluation key from our supplier. When we try to activate the product we get below error message. Clock on Hypervisor matches with clock on BIGIP VM.
Error 51088, System time differs from the F5 License Server by greater than 24 hours - The timestamp of the dossier.
I changed the clock on the f5 to EST/PST/GMT/MST but still get the same error. I tried both manual and automatic reactivation but still nothing.
config clock Wed 26 Feb 2014 04:20:57 AM PST -0.024052 seconds
Below is the log from var/log/ltm. 01180010:3: [license processing][error]: license verification failed I am not 100% sure if this is the License file which is wrong or some misconfiguration on the Hypervisor while deploying the OVA.
Please can someone help resolve this issue ?
Thanks.

Hello,
Unfortunately that solution did not work, however it gave an idea of what can be done, so thanks for that.
I added NTP servers manually and i was able to license the f5. We expect to add NTP servers after provisioning license, but looks like in this case we had to add NTP first and the provision license as clocks are not sycn'd.

Hi,
I'm glad you managed to fix it in the end!
Cheers!
