Licensed default limit of "SSL, 500 TPS Per Core"

I find the following in "http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/7000/700/sol7751.html" that:   SSL CMP @ 500 TPS per core is now enabled in the base license for the BIG-IP 1600, 3600, 390...

That'd be the best scenario I'd like to see. But I need to be sure that it is indeed 4000. Guess I will need to open a case about it with F5 Support.
