LDAP monitor is failing

LDAP monitor is failing. Background: Setup LTM VS for Sharepoint. Link to LDAP pool for authenticaiton. Above steps were done using the iapp template for sharepoint within F5. Version - 13.1

 

we are getting invalid credentials when i try the ldapsearch command, but on the AD server logs, it gives the code for authentication successfull and binding allowed. how to further check what is not right on the F5 side please. thanks heaps in advance.

    You're extremely unlikely to get a response with the information given (not nearly enough to allow us to help you).

     

    I would suggest you open a case with F5 Support. They will need a qkview from the impacted system, ideally a packet capture showing the failing LDAP query (taken on the BigIP), and the logs from the AD system. This should allow them to identify the problem.
