You're extremely unlikely to get a response with the information given (not nearly enough to allow us to help you).

 

I would suggest you open a case with F5 Support. They will need a qkview from the impacted system, ideally a packet capture showing the failing LDAP query (taken on the BigIP), and the logs from the AD system. This should allow them to identify the problem.
