Layer 7 Switching

I was task to create a F5 Build out. Create three pools with One layer 7 policy. The policy has three rules with one monitor. All to go into a iApp. Everything is complete. But the end users are complaining that their request are going to the wrong vip. We have to URL with the same dest vip. Can someone give me direction on. On how to troubleshoot this issue?

    Some things to check as a starter.

     

    1. Check logs.
    2. Check using curl from client.
    3. Try nslookup to identify DNS resolution.
    4. tcpdump
