Interesting issue. Pardon me for this request - have you tried messing with the OneConnect profile ?

 

  • Try removing the OneConnect profile and see if upload works on IE.
  • Try using /32 netmask on OneConnect profile.
  • Try increasing the idle timeout override on OneConnect profile.
