I have fairly vanilla http virtual server (running 11.6.1) sitting infront of a websphere application (4 nodes load balanced).
The config is as follows:

CirrostratusSorry, just re-read. It doesn't take 70 seconds to establish the new TCP connection. It takes about 70 seconds to upload the 900MB before the new connection occurs.
