Do the web servers have route back to the workstation through the bigip? On bigip, in the virtual server config, enable "Source Address Translation: automap". You can also examine the bigip virtual server and pool stats: Statistics>Module Statistics>Local Traffic. Do the pool stats show bits in/out?
