Kerberos Authentication to F5 APM webtop fails for MAC OS Devices

I have setup Kerberos Auth for our Webtop which works for all our users who uses a windows machine, but it fails for mac os users

the same MAC Os users will successfully login to another IDP from a different vendor using Kerberos,, any ideas?
