K23237429: TCL error: ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED after upgrade to version 14.1.0 or later

Hi All,

Need your help regarding the subjected document. If anyone can let me know from where we will be able to see the error "TCL error: ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED"  from GUI? Below is the URL for the document.

    Hello, this is an iRule execution log that will be stored in the LTM log file.
    You can access this file via GUI at System > Logs > Local traffic.
