JD Edwards (Oracle App server) timeouts with ISA and F5

Hi,

 

 

Has anyone seen the ISA proxy 'network access message, page timed out' with OAS applications (like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) error?

 

 

Requests are timing out when there are more than 6 simultaneous sessions from an user. Also sporadic time outs on the initial page load when IE is loaded up on the client (citrix).

 

 

The F5 deployment guide for F5 has been followed.

 

 

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

    I know ISA has a limit on the number of connections to a specific IP. I ran into this before load balancing connections to an ISA box. Not sure if the number of connections per IP is an option for ISA. In my case, I was SNAT-ing the traffic so it all appeared to come from the same IP (the egress of the LTM).
