NimbostratusOk so finally was able to get to the bottom of it!!! Turns out there is an issue on the soap call that the f5 powershell plugin executes to the f5 appliance that has an issue.
ran a procdump on the vmm server and was able to see the exception being pulled.
procdump -e 1 -f F5Networks.Protocols.iControl.iControlException -ma -n 99 4656(xyz)
Turned out to be the analytic profile defined on the ltm module. So if you plan on running AVR and using SCVMM as an automation tool it will have issues.
