Issue with Restnoded Daemon

Hello,   When login SSH to one of my LTM Nodes I receive the bellow Alert that appears on terminal recursively : "emerg logger: Re-starting restnoded"   Can I know what's causing the restart ...

When swaping all to Standby Device, The message disappears (on the 2nd node)

 

It seems the issue is impacted only one node.

 

The impacted node continues to send message, even when it is in standby mode.
