Nacreousthere are no special thing regarding fip1 or fip2.
as tcp only has 65535 ports, hence f5 will need more than 1 fip if number of tcp sessions between f5 and a pool member exceeds 65535.
your firewalls and app servers should treat fip1 and fip2 similarly.
