Nov 06, 2007Issue with End Users that use Proxies?
I am trying to deploy 9.3 LTM, bowever when I first deployed Users were able to see other users information, or sessions were being dropped. I think we have pin pointed it to Proxies, but was wondering if anyone else has had any strange issues that occurred with the 9 version. We have absolutely no issues when we are on v4.5.13 with users. We even turned on OneConnect, however it appears that we were able to reproduce the issue in our testing environments, with the old username showing up, eventhough a new user logged in on a different pc.
Thank you,
Andrea

I don't know of any known issues in 9.3 with user sessions being mixed across different sessions.
For in-depth troubleshooting like this you might be better off opening a case with F5 support.

Try updating the oneconnect profile's mask to 255.255.255.255; it will force LTM to check persistence information on each http request even though the multiple request are coming thru one existing TCP session. We had issue with this when we needed to integrate with Akamai Site Accelerator.
