Issue in NAT Implementation

On internal Interface of MY LTM i have a valan of 10.11.12.x and these servers send data to Mchine which is not behing LB i.e 10.11.13.X, When ever data is sent from internal Lan i.e of 12.x LB NAT I...

can you create network virtual server (e.g. 10.12.11.0/24)? so, traffic will take action based on virtual server configuration.
