Is this configuration issue or key issue

Hi F5 was activated with VE-Trial Registration key days ago. But due to some reason, the F5 show unlicensed status after bootup. When I use the same Reg Key to activat the same F5, it shows the below...

Hi davidy2001 , 
      If this license was working with you before , you may booted up from another bootlocation other than the first used one. 
-at all , try to Activate your license manually not Automatically , maybe you have issue with internet connection with F5.
