Is there a way to transfer developer license key to a new laptop?

I was swapping to a new laptop and I am wondering if I can transfer the developer license key to the new machine? I won't have access to the old machine anymore.

Thanks a lot. Emailed csp@ (include current license) to get the license released for re-activation and got reply within a few minutes. Excellent support. Had to wait 15 minute before the new license can be applied. Re-activation with the new key went rather smoothly.
