Is there a way to transfer developer license key to a new laptop?

I was swapping to a new laptop and I am wondering if I can transfer the developer license key to the new machine? I won't have access to the old machine anymore.

Call up support and ask for an "allow move" for your Dev license. Once done you will be able to re-activate the license in the new VM.
