we have the following BIG IP F5 LTM:
Based on the amount of memory we have, Will we be able to upgrade the appliance to the latest version?

MVPi don't believe you can officially / supported upgrade memory of a 1500.
then finally looking at that SOL it simply isn't possible so it won't be supported.
the 1500 is going end of RMA next year, just replace it.
