Based on the amount of memory we have, Will we be able to upgrade the appliance to the latest version?

CumulonimbusYou should more think about a hardware refresh, as this platform will be end of everything in one year (SOL4309). I would recommend to install the latest v10, which is 10.2.4 HF11 so you are safe according to all the latest vulnerabilities.
