Is it possible to return the bandwidth usage for a rateclass

Hi :

 

Is there any command that able to return bandwidth usage for a given ratclass ? I need the LTM system able to send out a message if rateclass over a specific threshold or doing bandwidth borrowing from its parent profile . Thanks for your help.
