Hi,

what is the "same version"?

Which module do you want to restore?

To restore a backup on another platform, the UCS load must be done with tmsh.

In version 12.1.x, there is an option with 

platform-migrate
to migrate without platform specific configuration

this command is only supported with LTM and DNS.

the main goal of this command is to import LB configuration and not VLAN and self IP. VLAN must not be imported in VCMP because VLAN configuration is done on the VCMP host and enabled en guests.
