Is it possible to have two ssl profiles with the same certificate?

Hi, We are working on a solution to deprecate the TLS1.0 without any impact on the clients. We have a wildcard ssl profile, using a certificate X. My question is, could I use the same certificate (X) in another SSL profile? We are willing to modify the profile only from one client to check how it works.
