practise exams are not expensive
they cost around 20€ if I am not wrong

  F5-CA exams are supposed to replace 101 & 201
  I don't know how exact they differ

  The 101 and 201 exams have been retired. To achieve the F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) credential now, you’ll need to pass a new path consisting of 5 exams. These are structured to cover the different domains that make up a well-rounded BIG-IP Administrator, allowing candidates to build knowledge progressively.   My advice would be to spend time familiarising yourself with BIG-IP and do as many hands-on labs as possible, since practical experience is key to success under the new exam structure.
